the blessing of wireless internet connection and skype...
we were finally in an area of Switzerland where I felt like I had connection with the rest of the world again. that was nice. phoning is extremely expensive in this country-- just about everything is really. but being in Geneva, Switzerland-- a very international place which I loved-- was a huge blessing. even tho my microphone on my headset wasn't working, it was at least nice to hear my family (esp. my little nephew singing all this songs about Jesus) over the headset. it just meant, they couldn't hear me but at least i could type an instant message to them and they knew i heard what they said. it was kinda fun actually. for those of you who don't know about skype yet, go check it out. it's a really wonderful blessing-- particularly for anyone who has any connection someone on the other side of the world. skype-- bridging Columbia, Switzerland, and the USA in my family. :)
